Committee:-
Compton Pre-School is a registered charity managed by a parent-led committee of volunteers. The Pre-School has recently transformed to a Charitable Incorporated Organisation. This does not affect the day to day running of the Pre-School. We believe that the staff and parents are in the best position to make decisions about the children’s early education and care and being a part of the committee is not only rewarding but a great contribution to our local community. The committee is responsible for:- managing our finances;
- employing and managing our staff;
- making sure that we have, and work to, policies that help us to provide a high quality service; and
- making sure that we work in partnership with parents.
